How To Whitelist Email Messages

Many ISPs and email providers have mail blocking or filtering systems in place to protect you from unsolicited email. Unfortunately these same systems often prevent email that you have want to receive from reaching you.

Whitelisting our email address will ensure that the email you have requested from http://tipsforhealing.com will reach you.

To do this, you generally need to add the following email addresses to your address book:
help.me@tipsforhealing.com  
jay.greene@tipsforhealing.com 

We may use either of these email addresses to contact you. If you are using spam filtering software, you should also enter both email addresses into your filtering software whitelist, according to the specific instructions for the software you are using.

AOL
1. Open the email you have received from http://tipsforhealing.com 
2. Click the "Add to Address" or "Add Address" button
3. Click the "Save" or "OK" button

Earthlink
1. Open the email you have received from help.me@tipsforhealing.com or jay.greene@tipsforhealing.com   
2. Click "Add Sender"
3. The "Add To Address Book" popup appears with our name and email address
4. Click Yes

Earthlink Webmail
1. Open the email you have received from http://tipsforhealing.com 
2. Click "Add To Address Book"
3. Click Save on the next screen

Google Gmail
1. Open your Google Mailbox
2. Click 'Contacts' from the menu
3. Click 'Create Contact'
4. Enter our name and email address on the Add Contact page (Name: http://tipsforhealing.com / Email address: help.me@tipsforhealing.com).
5. Click the Save button.
6. Follow the same instructions to add the jay.greene@tipsforhealing.com email address to your contacts.

Hotmail/MSN
1. Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Safe List
2. Type help.me@tipsforhealing.com in your Safe List, and then do the same for jay.greene@tipsforhealing.com
3. If you see an email from http://tipsforhealing.com in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having e-mail from us sent to your Junk Mail folder in the future

Outlook
Add our email address to your address book and safe sender list, as follows:
Firstly, add us to your safe sender list:
1. Right click on the subject line of an unopened email from us
2. Click 'Junk Email', and then 'Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List'
Secondly, add our email address to your address book:
1. Double click on the email from us to open it
2. Right click on the From: email address
3. Click 'Add to Outlook Contacts...' (or it might say 'Add Sender To Address Book')

Yahoo
1. Open your Yahoo! mailbox
2. Click 'Options'
3. Click 'Filters'
4. Click 'Add'
In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure 'contains' is selected in the drop-down list. Enter the following email address in the adjacent text box:
help.me@tipsforhealing.com  

5. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message to:" select Inbox from the drop-down list. Click the Add Filter button.
6. Follow the same procedure for our jay.greene@tipsforhealing.com email address
7. If mail from http://tipsforhealing.com has been filtered to your Bulk folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field
